• Tracking information for all shipments
• Dispute resolution process for undelivered or misrepresented items

5. Shipping Guidelines

All shipments must comply with our platform's shipping guidelines:

• Items valued under €50 should use standard mail with tracking
• Items valued €50-€200 should use insured shipping
• Items valued over €200 require full insurance and signature confirmation
• All packages must include tracking information
• Sellers must photograph items before shipping
• Use appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to work with our support team to resolve issues. If a package is lost or damaged, we will work with the seller and buyer to reach a fair resolution. Photographic evidence may be requested.

7. Limitation of Liability
